Job Summary
Sales Lead at Chico's in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Supports Management in promoting a customer- and product-focused sales culture, delivering MAPS-based service, and driving profitability through effective floor coverage, merchandise flow, and team leadership. Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, supervising sales associates, scheduling, maintaining merchandise presentation and loss prevention standards, coaching for product knowledge, clienteling and wardrobing, and delivering an omni-channel customer experience. Builds high-performing teams, communicates expectations, fosters collaboration, and promotes personal development. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred, 18+ years old, strong communication and customer service skills, adaptability to company technology, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
