Job Summary
The Sales Lead role involves supporting store operations to enhance customer experience and profitability. Responsibilities include supervising associates, managing cash handling, executing sales transactions, maintaining store security and presentation, and providing customer assistance. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a high school diploma, and prior retail management experience is preferred. The position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Able to travel to stores throughout the district
- Communicate with customers, standing and maneuvering on sales floor and stockroom, operate register, lift and carry 50 pounds, hand/fold merchandise, climbing, reaching, pushing/pulling
- Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
