Job Summary
The Associate Lead is responsible for supporting store management in operations to enhance customer experience and profitability. Key responsibilities include promoting customer service, supervising associates, performing cash handling and reporting, conducting sales activities, and maintaining operational policies. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate and train associates, and a solid understanding of store operations. Candidates must possess a high school diploma, be at least 18, and have experience in retail or sales management.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred
- Able to travel to stores throughout the district
- Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
