Job Summary
Sales Lead at Chico's oversees and supports the management team to promote a customer- and product-focused sales culture. Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, merchandise flow, supervising associates in sales and cash handling, maintaining brand standards and loss prevention, driving sales and KPIs, coaching staff on product knowledge, clienteling and wardrobing, delivering MAPS-based customer service, and ensuring a fast, compliant register experience. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of retail or sales management experience; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; strong communication, customer service, organizational, and training skills. Position is in-person at Salt Lake City, Utah.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate with customers
- Regular attendance is essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
