Job Summary
Associate Lead is primarily responsible for supporting management in general operations of the store to ensure a great customer experience and maximum profitability. Performs various sales and register transactions. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, handling cash and payments, reviewing time sheets, monitoring sales activities, coaching associates to achieve performance, maintaining security and merchandise presentation, assisting in inventory and dispatch, preparing schedules, coaching on KPIs, and driving clienteling/wardrobing to build a solid customer following. Requires high school diploma or equivalent; 18+; travel to district stores; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to lift 50 pounds; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; compensation range $18.00-$22.50/hour; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Minimum 2 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
- Able to travel to stores throughout the district
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
- Operate register, lift and carry 50 pounds
- Regular attendance is essential
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
