Job Summary
Sales Lead responsible for supporting management in promoting a customer- and product-focused sales culture, with responsibilities spanning opening/closing duties, merchandise flow, supervision of sales associates, cash handling, and ensuring adherence to brand standards. Leads training and coaching to ensure product knowledge across in-store and online channels, drives a high-performance sales team to meet goals, develops clienteling and wardrobing practices, delivers MAPS-driven customer service, and fosters an inclusive, collaborative environment while ensuring loss prevention and effective store operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred
