Job Summary
Lead a Lane Bryant store team in Boise, partnering with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans. Role focuses on cultivating an engaging store environment where operations run smoothly, associates are trained and motivated to reach their potential, and leadership can step into the Manager role when needed. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, expanding product knowledge to outfit and inspire shoppers, coaching and motivating associates to meet customer expectations, driving results with the selling model, supporting onboarding, and ensuring brand guidelines and asset-protection policies are followed. Requires 1-3 years of retail experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and holidays); strong English communication and proficiency with store systems.
