Job Summary
Sales Lead is an outgoing leadership role partnering with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and store operations. Responsibilities include leading the team to achieve sales goals and KPI benchmarks; managing cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns; executing opening/closing procedures and cash deposits; product receiving, inventory control, pricing adjustments and markdowns; maintaining store housekeeping and organization; upholding loss prevention standards; reporting issues to the Store Manager; and participating in leadership development and training materials. Requires minimum high school education or equivalent, at least one year of retail experience, strong organizational, verbal and written skills, proficiency with POS and store computer systems, and being 18 or older.
