Job Summary
Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, point of sale, inventory rotation, and ARC merchandising standards. Partner with the Store Manager to analyze key performance indicators, drive sales, and increase profitability while ensuring customer and donor satisfaction. Assume full responsibility for personnel, cash handling, and security in the absence of management, scheduling staff coverage, and coordinating team meetings. Provide coaching and training to employees, process time and attendance paperwork, and oversee Back Room Processing goals. Supervise program beneficiaries during work therapy assignments, maintain building security protocols, and report safety incidents immediately. Complete assigned tasks from District Sales Managers and Command Administration.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED
- Minimum of one-year previous retail experience
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, fellow store employees, customers, and donors
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis
- Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, clothing carts, merchandise carts, rolling clothing racks, fixtures, furniture dollies, platform trucks and carts, hand trucks and miscellaneous carts
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks

- Must pass background check, which will include Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry
- Must be flexible to always ensure adequate store coverage
- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
