Job Summary
As a Sales Lead at Store 1144-Aventura Mall (ANN-Miami, FL), you will be a key team member who models excellent customer experiences and supports associates. You’ll help onboard and develop an engaged team, step into manager responsibilities when needed, uphold high visual and operational standards, and drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools. You’ll coach and give in-the-moment feedback to associates, build productive relationships, and apply a customer-focused approach to everyday operations. The role emphasizes leadership readiness, adaptability, and collaboration with store leaders to represent the brand and deliver personalized service.
Required Qualifications
- 6-months of retail sales experience (preferred)
- Management experience (preferred)
- Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
- Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
