Job Summary
As a Sales Lead at Ann Taylor in Roseville, MN, you will deliver personalized customer experiences and provide guidance and support to associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed. Responsibilities include modeling brand customer experience behaviors, onboarding and developing a highly engaged team, maintaining inclusive and welcoming store environments, upholding visual and operational standards, using tools to drive a customer-focused team and seamless omnichannel shopping experiences, providing in-the-moment coaching, building productive relationships, and leveraging technology to stay aligned with company priorities. This role requires 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred), management experience (preferred), proficiency with POS systems, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
