Job Summary
Sales Lead at Ann Taylor focused on delivering personalized customer experiences and coaching associates. Collaborates with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and to step in as manager when needed. Responsible for onboarding and developing a highly engaged team, maintaining inclusive and welcoming store environment, upholding visual and operational standards, driving a customer-focused, omnichannel experience using available tools, and providing in-the-moment feedback and coaching. Builds productive relationships, uses technology to stay aligned with company priorities, and supports the team to ensure excellent customer interactions; ready to seamlessly assume managerial responsibilities as required.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred)
- management experience (preferred)
