Job Summary
As a Sales Lead at LOFT in Store 1677-The Avenue Forsyth-ANN-Cumming, GA, you will be a key team member who models excellent customer experiences and guides and supports store associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and be prepared to step in as manager when needed. You will drive personalized customer interactions, onboard and develop an engaged team, uphold high visual and operational standards, and use available tools to deliver a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You will provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback, build productive relationships, and help ensure an inclusive, customer-focused store environment while contributing to profitability and brand initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 6-month retail sales experience (preferred)
- Management experience (preferred)
- Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
- Enjoys communicating and coaching
- Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
- Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines
