Job Summary
As a Sales Lead at LOFT (Store 0878-Mockingbird Station-ANN-Dallas, TX), you will be a key team member who supports and role models excellent customer experiences, delivering personalized service and coaching to associates. You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and be prepared to step into manager responsibilities when needed. You’ll drive a customer-focused environment, uphold visual and operational standards, use tools to stay aligned with promotions and priorities, provide in-the-moment feedback, and help develop an effective, highly engaged team while enabling an omnichannel shopping experience. Responsibilities include onboarding and developing staff, coaching for excellent customer interactions, maintaining brand standards, facilitating teamwork, and supporting staff through regular feedback and performance discussions. Qualifications include retail sales experience (preferred), management experience (preferred), POS proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays). Required Qualifications
