Job Summary
Sales Lead responsible for modeling and delivering personalized customer experiences, coaching associates, and supporting store leadership. Collaborates with the Store Manager to maintain high visual and operational standards, drives a customer-focused team environment, and uses available tools to enable an omni-channel shopping experience. Capable of stepping into store leadership as needed, with emphasis on onboarding and developing a highly engaged team, providing in-the-moment feedback, and prioritizing assignments to meet deadlines. Requires 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred) and management experience (preferred). Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
