Sales Lead-ANN

Lead role in-store focusing on delivering personalized customer experiences, coaching and developing associates, and stepping in as manager when needed. Partner with the Store Manager to master store functions, uphold brand standards, drive an inclusive and engaging team environment, and ensure a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior retail sales experience and management exposure are preferred. Strong communication and delegation skills, ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and comfort with POS systems and brand technology are expected.
