Job Summary
Sales Lead at Ann Taylor in Gilroy, responsible for delivering personalized customer experiences, coaching and supporting associates, assisting the Store Manager, maintaining brand standards, and driving a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You'll use POS tools, provide in-the-moment feedback, and help build an engaged team while ensuring high customer service and operational excellence. Required Qualifications
