Job Summary
As a Sales Lead, you're a key team member who supports and role models excellent customer experiences. Your focus is on delivering personalized customer experiences and providing guidance and support to associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and be prepared to step in as manager when needed. Responsibilities include representing the brand through personalized customer interactions, onboarding and developing a highly engaged team, maintaining an inclusive store environment, upholding visual and operational standards, using tools to drive a customer-focused team and omnichannel shopping experience, providing in-the-moment coaching, building productive relationships, leveraging technology to stay aligned with priorities and promotions, and seamlessly stepping into managerial duties when required.
Required Qualifications
- 6-months of retail sales experience (preferred)
- Management experience (preferred)
- Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
