Job Summary
As a Sales Lead at LOFT (Ann Taylor, Chico's, Haven Well Within, Lane Bryant, Soma, etc.), you will be a key team member who models and delivers exceptional customer experiences, guides and coaches associates, and collaborates with Store Manager to step in as manager when needed. You will drive a customer-focused, brand-aligned store environment, assist with onboarding and developing an engaged team, uphold high visual and operational standards, use tools to support an omnichannel shopping experience, provide in-the-moment feedback, and build productive relationships to support team success. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching staff, contributing to onboarding and development, maintaining standards, leveraging technology to stay aligned with company priorities, and stepping into management when required. Skills include strong communication and coaching abilities, organizational and delegating capabilities, ability to prioritize deadlines, and comfort with flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays) in a part-time retail setting.
Required Qualifications
