Sales Lead

Conduct active sales and provide floor leadership in the absence of a manager. Manage inventory, promotion control, cash handling, and facilities oversight while delivering customer experience and guest support. Lead culture through huddles, train associates, manage performance, and report on KPIs during management meetings. Handle bedding and protection finance responsibilities.
