Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, utilizing product knowledge for suggestive selling, and promoting Jockey Rewards membership. Manage store operations by acting as Manager on Duty for opening and closing, processing transactions, and ensuring cash and inventory security. Coach the store team on achieving sales goals and profitability while maintaining a clean environment and adhering to all company policies. Assist with merchandising, stock levels, and visual standards to uphold established store aesthetics. Support hiring and recruiting efforts to build a strong team. This part-time role at our Lake Arrowhead location requires standing, lifting 25 pounds, and working with cleaning chemicals. We offer generous discounts, incentives, and PTO to our associates.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of management experience
- Three years of retail or customer service experience with a proven ability to demonstrate a passion for extraordinary guest service and sales.
