Job Summary
Develop personalized language stay programs for clients in Spain through written quotes, phone calls, and in-person interviews. Analyze client demands and provide tailored advice on language courses abroad. Maintain regular follow-up via telephone and email to ensure client satisfaction. Requires fluent Spanish and Catalan (C2 level) with at least B2 English, plus strong interpersonal skills and a smart appearance. Full-time permanent role in Barcelona with competitive salary, free language courses, and medical insurance discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and Catalan (C2 level)
- Very good level of English (at least level B2)
- You possess interpersonal and communication skills
- You are able to work in an autonomous and organised manner, with a high sense of responsibility
- You have experience and a taste for travelling
- You possess a good knowledge of geography
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales position, ideally in a travel agency
- Any other language is a bonus
