Job Summary
Welcome customers with enthusiasm and assist them through the vehicle purchase process. Help each client find the vehicle that fits their lifestyle and needs while building lasting relationships with new and returning customers. Follow a proven sales process with management support to drive results. This role offers base salary plus performance bonuses or an 18%–20% commission on front, back, and holdback, with earning potential of $100,000+.
