Job Summary
The Sales Keyholder is responsible for providing front-line contact with customers and achieving store sales goals. This role involves following the company selling process, demonstrating product knowledge of furniture, mattresses, and appliances, and achieving targets for miscellaneous revenue. The Sales Keyholder must ensure inventory availability for customer orders, maintain sales floor standards, and assist with loading and staging items for delivery. Serving as a key carrier, the Sales Keyholder will perform store opening and closing tasks and complete required training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience is preferred, but not necessary
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to excel in a competitive, fast-paced environment
- Must have a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
