Job Summary
Sales Key Holder with frontline customer contact focused on achieving store sales goals through exceptional service and product knowledge across furniture, mattresses and appliance lines. Provides opening/closing duties, assists with loading delivery orders, and participates in commission-based earnings with opportunities for career advancement. Requires ability to engage customers, build relationships, and maintain store standards while meeting targets for merchandise protection, fabric protection, leasing, credit, delivery, and installation. Must be able to work evenings/weekends and lift up to 50 lbs; HS diploma or equivalent preferred. Additionally, will perform Manager-On-Duty responsibilities in the absence of leadership and participate in ongoing in-store training.
Required Qualifications
- Educational: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Sales experience is preferred, but not necessary
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to excel in a competitive, fast-paced environment
- Must have a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
