Job Summary
The Sales Keyholder is responsible for providing front-line contact with customers while assisting in achieving the store’s planned sales goals. Key duties include ensuring a positive shopping experience, demonstrating product knowledge, achieving individual revenue targets, maintaining sales floor standards, and performing Manager-On-Duty responsibilities in the absence of senior management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to excel in a competitive, fast-paced environment
- Must have a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
