Job Summary
Be accountable for sales performance results and meet required sales indicators. Participate in formulating and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Link internal resources to tailor customer solutions, and conduct proposals and quotations. Establish and maintain solid relationships with existing customers to retain revenue and identify new opportunities. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor dynamics, and opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams such as account managers, solution teams, and operations to ensure customer needs are met. Negotiate contract terms to maximize profits while maintaining customer satisfaction. Accurately record sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, cross-border trade and distribution industries
- Deep knowledge/experience in supply chain management or third-party logistics (3PL) services in a specific industry in Japan
- Fluency in Chinese & Japanese or English & Japanese; nationality not restricted
