Job Summary
Invoicing-focused finance role: responsible for delivering customer invoices accurately and on time with supporting documentation for key and non-key accounts, uploading invoices to customer portals, enforcing PO compliance, resolving invoicing issues with internal teams, maintaining records of invoiced/un-invoiced work, updating the operations team on un-invoiced status, minimizing backlogs to support cashflow, and meeting deadlines set by the Line Manager. Hybrid working arrangement (3 days office-based, 2 days working from home) after probation, with a location in Altrincham and Leeds involvement, within NSS Group/PTSG leveraging Excel and business software skills in a growing finance team. There is a focus on accuracy, problem-solving, customer liaison, and cross-department collaboration to ensure timely, well-documented invoicing and financial records.
