Job Summary
Sales Interviewer & Recruiter focused on interviewing candidates for our sales organization (70% interviewing, 30% recruiting). Conduct virtual and phone interviews across multiple markets, assess culture fit and sales potential, explain compensation structure and career path, maintain an energetic on-camera presence, source and recruit candidates, manage candidate pipelines in our ATS, coordinate interview scheduling, and partner with Talent leadership to meet hiring goals. Full-time role with opportunities for advancement within a rapidly growing home-remodeling company.
