Job Summary
Engage shoppers in natural conversations at Home Depot locations to identify needs for HVAC and plumbing services. Generate qualified leads by scheduling free consultations for System Design Professionals and promoting store-exclusive specials. Collect accurate customer details and log prospective leads into our system for seamless office follow-up. Receive direct coaching from an experienced Sales Manager regarding pitch structure and performance feedback. This part-time role offers flexible weekend hours and includes hands-on training on consumer psychology and objection handling. Top performers earn executive recommendations and priority consideration for full-time roles.
Required Qualifications
- Current Student
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Available to work flexible weekend shifts
- Located in the Sterling, Reston, or Fairfax areas
