Job Summary
Support Sales team in day-to-day operations, including coordinating customer outreach, scheduling meetings, and assisting with follow-ups to ensure a seamless client experience; assist in preparing proposals, bids, quotations, and sales presentations by gathering project information and formatting deliverables; conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, industry trends, and target customers within assigned regions; participate in client meetings, job site visits, and internal planning sessions to gain exposure to the full sales cycle; collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Logistics teams to understand project requirements and support solution development for customers; maintain CRM systems and assist with pipeline tracking and reporting; provide general administrative and operational support to the Sales team and identify opportunities to improve processes; demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team; further develop skills in sales, construction, and engineering domains.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in sales, construction, or engineering-related industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
