Job Summary
Support the sales team in Frankfurt at Universal Pictures International Germany by managing exhibitor relationships and entering film bookings into internal systems. Assist with daily visitor and sales data entry, generate basic reports, and organize special screenings like previews and open-air events. Coordinate the distribution of promotional materials including posters and flyers to cinemas. Gain industry insights by attending sector-specific events and communicating with independent theater operators. This six-month internship, starting ideally in October 2026, offers hands-on exposure to the film distribution process within the German-speaking market.
Required Qualifications
- Interest in film and cinema
- Basic knowledge of current films
- Motivation to learn about film distribution and the cinema or media industry
- Proactive and reliable attitude
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Willingness to quickly learn new software
