Job Summary
Connect with prospective customers in the USA and Western countries via calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Understand customer needs to recommend appropriate live learning programs, nurture leads, and manage ongoing client communications. Achieve lead generation and sales targets while maintaining detailed records in the CRM system. Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to optimize sales strategies. Evening and morning shifts are available, with day shift candidates receiving a reduced stipend. Full sales training is provided, followed by a clear path to a full-time role with performance incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work late evening and early morning shifts
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online communication tools
