Job Summary
Intern supports sales and marketing teams by conducting market research, building ICP-aligned prospect lists, and managing CRM data. Responsibilities include inputting and cleansing CRM data, enriching records from external sources (e.g., LinkedIn, company websites), segmenting contacts for targeted campaigns, and assisting with outbound campaign preparation, tracking, and reporting. The role offers hands-on experience with real-world sales and marketing operations, exposure to CRM tools and data management best practices, and mentorship from experienced professionals in a public sector/consulting services context.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong research and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
