Job Summary
Sales Intake Coordinator responsible for owning the first client interaction, delivering confident introductions to Serenity's programs, overcoming objections, and guiding conversations toward a decisive next step. You will maintain a full pipeline, meet/exceed sales KPIs, document client information for seamless handoff, track performance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality client experience from intake through program start. The role requires strong sales drive, resilience, ability to convert conversations into commitments, and a penchant for data-driven improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, sales-adjacent, or performance-driven customer-facing role
- proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas or performance benchmarks
- strong consultative communication skills
- self-motivated and competitive by nature
- some leadership experience or upward trajectory preferred
