Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, sales-adjacent, or performance-driven customer-facing role
- Proven track record of hitting quotas, conversion targets, or performance benchmarks
- Strong consultative communication skills
- Self-motivated and competitive by nature
- Some leadership experience or clear upward trajectory (encouraged)
