Job Summary
Own the first interaction with prospective clients, deliver a confident introduction to Serenity's programs, guide conversations toward decisively next steps, and drive client commitment by addressing objections. Maintain a full pipeline, meet and exceed sales KPIs (conversion, follow-up, client progression), document client information for seamless internal handoffs, track performance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality intake-to-program start experience. Strong consultative communication, resilience, and a proven track record of hitting quotas or targets are expected; leadership experience or upward trajectory is encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, sales-adjacent, or performance-driven customer-facing role
