Job Summary
Sales Intake Coordinator responsible for being the first point of contact with prospective clients, delivering a compelling program introduction, addressing objections, and guiding conversations toward decisive next steps. Must meet and exceed sales KPIs (conversion rates, follow-up completion, client progression), maintain a full pipeline, document client information accurately for seamless handoffs to internal teams, and collaborate across departments to ensure a high-quality client experience from intake through program start. Requires 2+ years in a sales or performance-driven role with a proven quota-achieving track record, strong consultative communication, resilience with rejection, self-motivation, and potential leadership experience. The role includes full training on programs, growth opportunities, and a benefits package, with a schedule that supports a three-shift week and a background check/drug screening before employment. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, sales-adjacent, or performance-driven customer-facing role
- proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas, conversion targets, or performance benchmarks
- strong consultative communication skills
- self-motivated and competitive by nature
- some leadership experience or clear upward trajectory (assistant managers, team leads, and top performers encouraged to apply)
