Job Summary
Sales Intake Coordinator at Serenity responsible for owning the first client interaction, delivering a confident introduction to our programs, addressing objections, and guiding conversations toward a decisive next step. You will drive client commitment, meet and exceed sales KPIs (conversion rates, follow-up completion, client progression), maintain a full prospective client pipeline, accurately gather and document information for a seamless handoff, track performance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality client experience from intake through program start.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, sales-adjacent, or performance-driven customer-facing role
- proven track record of hitting quotas, conversion targets, or performance benchmarks
- strong consultative communication skills
- self-motivated and competitive by nature
- some leadership experience or upward trajectory encouraged
