Job Summary
Outside Sales Inspector opportunity in Dallas with Massey Services. Responsibilities include inspecting customers' homes to determine required pest prevention, termite protection, landscape and irrigation services; building long-term relationships with customers; networking, cold calling, and telephone prospecting to generate leads; preparing and presenting proposals to existing and new customers; completing all sales paperwork accurately and timely. Paid training, company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package are provided. Qualifications include a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, high school diploma or GED, and background checks; prior outside sales experience is a plus. Compensation is market-competitive with a full benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Building Long-Term, Trusting relationships with our Customers
- Grow our Business (sell)
- Inspecting our Customer's homes to determine services needed
- Prepare & present proposals to existing and new Customers
- Networking and cold calling to generate sales leads
- Telephone prospecting and appointment setting
- Accurate & timely completion of all Sales related paperwork
- Prior outside sales experience a plus
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
- Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire
