Job Summary
Inside Sales Associate will interact with existing customers and outside sales agents to manage and develop relationships, source new sales opportunities, provide price quotes, product information, production scheduling and shipping details, coordinate with production, interface with outbound freight companies, monitor and update customer price sheets, compile and distribute sales reports, and assist with the return material authorization (RMA) process. Requires ability to perform transactions in ERP, proficiency in Microsoft Office with Excel pivot tables, and strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Bachelors degree preferred. On-site in DeKalb. Pay range $50,000-$70,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience performing transactions in an ERP environment preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, intermediate Excel (pivot tables)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Self-motivated with confidence and professionalism
