Sales Inside Sales

Inside Sales Associate drives customer relationships and revenue by handling existing accounts and sourcing new opportunities. Responsibilities include providing price quotes and product information, coordinating with production to determine shipping schedules, interfacing with outbound freight, updating customer price sheets, compiling and distributing sales reports, and assisting with the RMA process for returned products. Requires ERP experience (preferred), strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel (pivot tables), and exceptional verbal and written communication, plus strong organizational and critical-thinking skills. This role is onsite in DeKalb and supports the company’s commercial initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
