Job Summary
Maintain professional communication with customers while generating accurate quotes, proposals, and fulfilling orders through phone, email, and fax. Manage inventory levels, coordinate deliveries, and organize the showroom to support physical operations. Operate the cash register daily, enter pricing and customer data into systems, and collaborate with outside sales reps to drive profitable sales via upselling and cross-selling. Attend all required sales meetings and company training programs. Requires high school diploma, two years inside sales experience, forklift training, and familiarity with Windows operating systems. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years inside sales experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Telephone manner
- Ability to focus on different tasks
- Windows operating systems familiarity
- Forklift experience or training
- Must attend all required meetings in relation to sales
- Must attend all company required training programs
