Job Summary
Conduct customer service and sales support by maintaining professional communication, generating accurate quotes, and driving profitable sales through upselling and cross-selling. Manage order entry, pricing, and customer data while responding to inquiries via phone, email, and fax. Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries, negotiate freight rates, and maintain showroom stock levels. Balance the cash register daily and utilize management software for billing and reporting. Attend all required sales meetings and company training programs. Requires 2+ years of inside sales experience, forklift training, and familiarity with Windows operating systems. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years inside sales experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Telephone manner
- Ability to focus on different tasks
- Windows operating systems familiarity
- Forklift experience or training
- Must attend all required meetings in relation to sales
- Must attend all company required training programs
