Job Summary
Maintain professional communication with customers, generate accurate quotes, and handle inquiries or complaints promptly. Enter orders, pricing, and customer data into systems while responding to requests via phone, email, and fax. Drive profitable sales through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling. Maintain stock levels, organize the showroom, and coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries and shipping logistics. Operate the cash register daily and utilize management software for billing and project tracking. Maintain up-to-date product expertise and manage documentation for complex projects. Attend all required sales meetings and company training programs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years inside sales experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Telephone manner
- Ability to focus on different tasks
- Time efficiency
- Windows operating systems familiarity
- Forklift experience or training
- Must attend all required meetings in relation to sales
- Must attend all company required training programs
