Sales Inside

Maintain professional communication with customers before, during, and after sales while providing product knowledge to generate accurate quotes and proposals. Enter orders, pricing, and customer data into systems, responding to requests via phone, email, and fax. Collaborate with outside sales reps and Operations staff to coordinate deliveries, manage inventory movement, and negotiate freight rates. Operate the cash register daily and balance drawers using proper procedures. Maintain stock levels, organize the showroom, and support physical inventories. Assist walk-in customers, handle inquiries or complaints promptly, and drive profitable sales through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling. Attend all required sales meetings and company training programs.
