Job Summary
Lead and optimize Leica/EMEA SIP by designing and executing the Sales Incentive Plan, partnering with Global and Regional Senior Leaders to align incentives with strategy, and improving processes and IT tools (Salesforce.com, ERP SAP, Power BI, Excel). Define SIP roadmap and calendar, manage target setting, communication, claims, and quarterly payout, and provide training to associates to ensure effective use of SIP processes and tools. Strong analytical capability and experience with CRM and ERP systems, plus fluency in English; additional European language skills are a plus.Experience in Commercial Operations/Commercial Excellence/Variable incentive management to run Sales incentive processes/tools is highly desirable.
