Job Summary
Conduct daily customer communication via phone, text, and email while managing leads and follow-ups through the CRM. Develop product knowledge of the vehicle lineup and inventory to assist in matching customers with appropriate vehicles. Participate in structured coaching, role-play, and performance feedback sessions to build appointment setting and objection handling skills. Shadow experienced Sales Consultants to practice the full sales process, including meet and greets, test drives, and customer commitments. Complete required dealership and manufacturer training to transition into a Sales Consultant role after demonstrating competency.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean or acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a standard background check
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance
- Ability to work the schedule required for the position, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn dealership CRM and customer communication systems
- Ability to receive and apply coaching and feedback
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, BDC, or sales experience
