Job Summary
Primary function of SITs is to provide phone-based sales and customer support to increase sales and revenue for the assigned Distribution Center(s). Responsibilities include taking and processing customer orders, processing quotes, making outbound calls to new and current customers, acting as a key point of contact for sales quoting and order management, building relationships with customers, developing product knowledge, and educating customers on market trends and competitive landscape. The role includes selling a full package of accessories, aiming to grow market share within territories, with rotational assignments within sales functions and on-the-job training leading toward a sales leadership position after graduation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Distribution, Sales, or related disciplines
- Leadership skills honed through previous internship or job, extracurricular activities, or within the community
- Sales-oriented with a desire to provide potential and existing customers with an exceptional customer experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft based software applications
- Ability to pass drug test and background verifications
