Job Summary
Engage with homeowners while they shop to introduce them to ARS heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions. Start friendly, face-to-face conversations about energy efficiency and indoor air quality, then act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on available services. Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations by entering customer information and booking appointments for ARS specialists. Represent the company with a professional in-store presence and support retail promotions alongside management. This high-energy sales role requires an outgoing personality, weekend availability, and reliable transportation. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available.
Required Qualifications
- Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts
- Weekend and some holiday availability
- Reliable transportation
